KY DOI Releases Bulletin 2017-03 on 2017 Legislation
The Kentucky Department of Insurance released Bulletin 2017-03 with summaries of insurance legislation passed by the Kentucky General Assembly in the 2017 legislative session. Bills related to property and casualty or life insurance included in the bulletin are:

- SB 114– Increase the Property Damage Liability minimum coverage for automobile insurance from $10,000 to $25,000
